My
friend David Kruh has a great web site dedicated
to a shared interest of ours -- Boston's Scollay Square!
When it comes to Scollay Square history, David literally wrote
the book -- and here it is! The book has lots of photos, proving that
I didn't just make all this stuff up. The site has links to lots of
other Old Boston goodies, so take a
look! |

Fans of our old friend Ace
Mifflin -- not that there are any -- will
enjoy seeing
his listing on the Thrilling
Detectives Comics Web Site! It has extensive listings for all sorts
of detective characters in the comics.

| The
Cotton Club was Harlem's premiere night club in the 1920s and '30s,
and is a vibrant source of music and vitality (and slick-looking
ashtrays!) today! It was also a cool movie! Check out their web site!

| Those
of you who liked the music played on the home page may enjoy
hearing more. Dismuke has a
large catalogue of early recordings, most of which (thankfully) are
public domain, as well as his live, 24-hour Radio Dismuke! Enjoy! |

Oh,
I almost forgot! If you want to see my other work -- freelance
illustration, that sort of thing -- check out my online portfolio at StorytellersWorkshop.com!
